Keith Donnithorne steps down as Managing Director

Following Trevor Waller's announcement to retire in May, and in preparation for this, Keith Donnithorne has today stepped down from the position of Managing Director and taken the title of 'Chairman'.

The Managing Director role will now jointly be filled by Martyn Waller and Peter Congo, who have held management roles within the  company for 11 and 12 years respectively.

Trevor Waller has also resigned as a Director of the Company, but still remains full-time employed in a consultancy role.

"The change in Managing Director and Trevor's resignation from the Board 4 months prior to his retirement will mean that we all have time to settle into the new roles to allow a smooth transition when he does retire" says Martyn.  Peter adds "Trevor's interim position of Consultant will allow him to gradually reduce his day to day involvement in projects and hand them over to others, whilst still being able to provide valuable support."
