Co-founder of Waldon, Trevor Waller, announces his intention to retire in 2008

Having co-founded the company in 1976 with Keith Donnithorne, Trevor Waller today annouced his intention to retire in May of this year.

"We have come a long way since the days when it was just myself and Keith out there on the tools each day.  We now have a varied, skilled workforce and dedicated management and support team.  This, together with the recent acquisition by T Clarke Plc leaves Waldon in possibly the strongest position it has ever been in and I feel happy to be able to retire confident in the knowledge that I leave behind a capable, experienced team to continue to take Waldon forward into the future"
